Scope magnification – how much is not enough or too much?
I’ve been in the field and experienced problems on both ends of the spectrum. After years of hunting I’ve come to use a simple rule of thumb.
You should be able to hit what you are shooting at if it is 50 yards away. If not, you need more practice. So, the simple answer is to apply magnification to make your target look like its 50 yards away. To read more click HERE
