The purpose of shooting is hitting. And the best way to learn how to hit, is to seek out good training from a reputable source. For those looking for hands-on firearms training, I’d suggest Gunsite Academy, which is the largest, oldest, and most respected civilian firearms trainman school in the world. DrillZ & SkillZ is not offered as basic firearms training or as a single source for firearms training. The purpose of DrillZ & SkillZ is to provide shooters who’ve demonstrated safety and at least a novice level of proficiency with practice or evaluation exercises to help them further develop their skills. There are lots of drills out there. The more you work with, the more complete and fun your training can be. These drills just happen to be the ones I most often use, and they’re presented with gear that you can trust and with some tips that might help you shoot better.
