That&#8217;s kind of like asking Delta Force to design a new combat rifle.<\/p>\n<p>I just happened to be the first non-Remington employee to ever see the 783 and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanrifleman.org\/article.php?id=13263&amp;cat=3&amp;sub=5\" target=\"_blank\">back in September<\/a> got to spend an entire day hammering steel out to 500 yards with four of them. More recently, I got to put one of these rifles through an intensive range workout.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanrifleman.org\/article.php?id=25319&amp;cat=0&amp;sub=5\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7613\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/empty-cases.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/783-2-200x200.jpg?resize=140%2C140\" alt=\"783-2\" width=\"140\" height=\"140\" \/><\/a>I wonder when Remington will invite me to take one of these accurate and affordable rifles hunting? You know, like to shoot a big horn sheep or a mountain goat. Nothing wrong with a whitetail or mule deer either. Maybe I need to write one more good article about it&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Hunt invitation or not, if you are looking for a new deer rifle for this fall, check out Remington&#8217; s 783.
