This is a good thing; publishers want people to actually buy their magazines. However, your kids or one of your friend&#8217;s kid could be on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nrapublications.org\/index.php\/shooting-sports-usa\/\" target=\"_blank\">Shooting Sports USA<\/a> magazine cover.<\/p>\n<p><b>Annual Cover Photo Contest\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>We got a late start on this for 2013, but if it works out, we\u2019ll make it an annual event. Please send us your favorite, high resolution (300 dpi or greater) photos of youth shooting sports, famous shooting athlete or shooters on-the-line (with eye and ear protection). Color photos are preferred and they must be vertically oriented to fit the cover format. We\u2019ll consider all submissions and pick\u00a0one for the December cover of\u00a0<i>Shooting Sports USA<\/i>\u00a0magazine. Professionals and amateurs may participate as long as reproduction rights are given to NRA and no compensation is expected, other than recognition among your peers and 100,000 readers.
