I continue to be impressed with my Canon D10 Camera. It is
\nover two years old and one of the tools or devices I trust
\ncompletely. Every man needs a camera that is as rugged as a framing
\nhammer. But unlike women who carry duffle bag like purses, a man
\nneeds a camera that’s not as big as a breadbox. Speaking of purses,
\nmy wife carries a purse that McGiver would be jealous of. It
\ncontains every sort of medicine one might need, money, a multi-tool
\nand a Kimber Solo. On a hunt in Wyoming the outfitter’s Ford truck
\nbroke a ball joint. We were in the middle of no where. If my wife
\nhad been there I’m sure she would have had the part in her purse.
\nBut back to the Man’s Camera. The D10 is drop proof but more
\nimportantly, its waterproof. And, if you are a man of the outdoors,
\nyou gotta have a waterproof camera. It will also take great photos
\nwhich are of a fine enough quality to use as a two page spread in a
\nmagazine. And, you can even take photos AND video with sound
\nunderwater! Simply amazing! I’d post an underwater video but I’m
\ntraveling in the Smoky Mountains right now and am a bit limited by
\nmy other devices. I imagine the newer Canon D20 is just as good and
\nit is a bit more compact with a retail price of $ 360. But if the
\nD10 is all you can find, buy it. You’ll never have to worry about
\nthe rain when your hunting and if you drop it in the toilet or a
\none-hole out house – I’m just saying – spray it off an get on with
