I didn&#8217;t argue, just showed her all the 1911s in .45 that I had. According to her, something was wrong with all of them but she did kinda like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.1911r1.com\/Products\/Firearms\/Model-1911-enhanced.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Remington R1 Enhanced<\/a>. The girl has taste; that R1 is wicked accurate and just as reliable.<\/p>\n<p>However, to be perfect for a lady it needed a few things like a bobbed mainspring housing and a <a href=\"http:\/\/wilsoncombat.com\/new\/default.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Wilson Combat<\/a> low safety and short trigger. I turned to my buddy Jerry Dove at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doveguns.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dove Custom Guns<\/a> for the work and said, while you&#8217;re at it, can you make it look sexy?<\/p>\n<p>He did!<\/p>\n<p>Still an R1 at heart, this is a pistol any lady should love; especially with the fast to use <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xssights.com\/index.php?utm_source=emptycases_medium=banner&amp;utm_campaign=emptycases1 \" target=\"_blank\">XS Big Dot Sights<\/a> and when combined with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buffalobore.com\/index.php?l=product_list&amp;c=137\" target=\"_blank\">Buffalo Bore&#8217;s new 185 grain FMJ-FN Low Recoil load at 850 fps<\/a>.
