I&#8217;ve tried almost everything sling\u00a0the market. For shooting, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.galcogunleather.com\/safari-ching-sling_8_361_1257.html\" target=\"_blank\">Galco Safari Ching Sling<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andysleather.com\/#!product\/prd1\/1346151421\/rhodesian-sling%2C-for-your-scout-or-hunting-rifle.\" target=\"_blank\">Rhodesian Sling<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andysleather.com\" target=\"_blank\">Andy&#8217;s Leather<\/a> are probably the best. For carry, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gunslingsdirect.com\" target=\"_blank\">Vero Vellini<\/a> slings work very well.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, I gave up and made my own by melding these two concepts together.\u00a0I used this prototype sling for about a year, hunting and shooting all over the United States and in Africa. It worked but I realized it could be better. While at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gunsite.com\" target=\"_blank\">Gunsite Academy<\/a> I showed it to Mike Barham of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.galcogunleather.com\" target=\"_blank\">Galco Gunleather<\/a>.\u00a0Barham thought it might be something <a href=\"http:\/\/www.galcogunleather.com\" target=\"_blank\">Galco<\/a>\u00a0would want to make and sale. He took my prototype and soon sent me a more refined version. When I tested and blessed it, Galco\u00a0asked what I wanted for the design. I said free rifle slings&#8230;After all, that&#8217;s what it was all about; something to help me carry and shoot my rifles better.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe I should have asked for a $ 1.00 every time they sold one!<\/p>\n<p>This video shows how to install, adjust and use the new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.galcogunleather.com\/riflemann-sling_8_361_1388.html\" target=\"_blank\">Galco RifleMann sling<\/a>.
